Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.
- Same-day delivery and customized cake orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Once baking or preparation starts, cancellation requests may be declined.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including:
- Recipient name
- Phone number
- Complete address
