2. Products & Availability

• All cakes and desserts are subject to availability.
• Product images are for reference purposes only.
• Actual cakes may slightly vary in design, color, or decoration due to handmade preparation.
• Customized cakes may vary slightly while maintaining overall quality and theme.
• Cake Castle may substitute unavailable decorative items with similar alternatives.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, and supported online payment methods.
• Prices displayed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cake Castle reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, payment issues, or operational limitations.

4. Custom Cake Orders

• Customized cakes should ideally be ordered in advance.
• Changes may not be possible once preparation has started.
• Customers must provide accurate customization details including flavor, size, design reference, message, and delivery details.
• Handmade decorations may have slight variations.

5. Delivery Policy

• Delivery services are available across selected areas in Bengaluru.
• Delivery slots are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Same-day delivery depends on product availability and operational capacity.
• Midnight or fixed-time deliveries may include additional charges.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be considered delivered after reasonable attempts.
• Since cakes are perishable products, redelivery may not always be possible.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders may be cancelled only before preparation begins.
• Customized cakes and same-day orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
• No refunds will be issued for delays caused by incorrect customer information or recipient unavailability.

7. Quality & Consumption

• Cakes and desserts should be stored under refrigeration.
• Products are best consumed within the recommended time after delivery.
• Cake Castle is not responsible for damage after successful delivery or pickup.

8. Allergens & Ingredients

• Products may contain milk, nuts, gluten, soy, eggs, chocolate, and other allergens.
• Customers with allergies should contact us before placing an order.
• Eggless cakes are prepared separately, but cross-contact may still occur.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and designs are the property of Cake Castle.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial use is prohibited.

10. User Conduct
